Substitution Policy Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the season or availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or sometimes greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery Policy A delivery fee will be added to each order for addresses in Odessa & Midland. We deliver to all funeral homes seven days a week. We deliver to area hospitals Monday through Saturday. All other deliveries are made Monday through Saturday only. Internet orders for Sunday delivery are not accepted. Due to the mass amount of orders on major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery. Call our shop at 432-362-2343 to schedule a weekend delivery to a hospital or funeral home.
